• Return Window: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

• Condition of Items: Products must be unused, with seals unbroken and in original packaging.

• Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 3 business days of receiving the returned item(s).

• Return Shipping:

- The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item . shipped), we will cover the return shipping cost.

Note: Due to the sensitive nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items under any circumstances.
